• To respond to your enquiry and provide the free audit you requested
• To send you information about our services (only if you've agreed or it relates to your enquiry)
• To improve our website

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and consent where applicable.

How Long We Keep It

We keep contact form data for up to 2 years. If you become a client, we retain your data for the duration of the relationship plus 7 years (legal requirement).

This site uses no marketing or tracking cookies. If we add Google Analytics in future, we will update this policy and add a cookie consent notice.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
